How long will a service on my lawnmower take?
We endeavour to turn around lawnmower services in 3 – 4 days. However if replacement parts are required it can take up to 7 working days.
Can you collect and return my lawnmower?
If you live on Canvey Island this service is free. If you live elsewhere please contact the us for a quote.
Can I make a purchase without coming to the store?
Although our website is not an ecommerce site, we are able to supply direct from the store provided you know what it is you require. Please contact the us for details or further assistance.
Is it true that you now own the Post Office opposite?
Yes. In 2015 we entered into a franchise agreement with the Royal Mail and are able to provide home insurance, pet insurance and car insurance. Alongside all the services you’d expect from your local post office.
Do you sell multi-finish plaster?
Yes. Along with razor beads and PVA for your plasters needs.
Do you sell tile adhesive?
We stock a vast range of Granfix tiling products such as one part flexi rapid for floors and a grout suite. We also stock in house plastic and metal tile trims at an extremely competitive price. Look out for our new range of tiles, soon available in store.
Can you recommend a local tradesman?
We have a number of business cards of plumbers, electricians and decorators who we would be happy to recommend. Please contact us for details.
